We have all endured much turmoil the past couple of years with a global pandemic, insecure economy, political polarization, and a lack of civil discord. Positive Psychologists claim their research shows: “Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.”*
As we sit down to Thanksgiving meals with our loved ones this year, I hope you’ll take a moment to reflect upon, and share what you and your family and friends are grateful for. It may just put a smile on your face, and lighten your load.
I wish you all a very happy holiday!
